Rustic

Situated in the new part of the building, the rustic residence has two floors. On the ground floor there is the living area which is really characteristic and which includes a laundry, a living room, a kitchen and a big lounge overlooking the private porch with brick columns, where you can relax yourself for most of the year. On the attic floor there are three bedrooms with their bathrooms, including the stunning master bedroom which has a wide glass frontage and a private loggia.

The sleeping area is embellished with finely hand crafted finishing details such as cotto floors, marble bathrooms, bleached wood ceiling with exposed beams, wooden planks and underfloor heating. The rustic residence shares outdoor spaces with the other apartments of the palace, such as the prestigious entrance hall and the internal courtyard. It has also a basement with cellar and garage.
